The Shadow Cast By Nothing Selling The Light
Using the simple and banal subject of a woman sitting in a chair, and deviating slightly from its representation, the painting portrays an experience that cannot be explained with words, something I think with lots to look at and think about, while mixing the uncanny with the mundane.
